For S5 calls where we NLI is appointed as Owner Agent to S5 Client (in Simply5), but NLI is also acting as Full Agent for the Charterer, then the NLI port office should create a new call in Fairwater for this vessel, but should set “Agent Type” equal to “Non-Vessel Call”, so that we don’t count this call twice.
