We have now implemented programming in Fairwater, so that when you are entering service items, if the service code contains the word “Other” or if the S5 code that our FW code maps to contains the word “Other”, you will be required to enter a PDA remark for that line item. The Proforma Remarks box will appear in yellow as shown below, indicating that a remark is required. Until you enter that remark, you will NOT be able to use the SYNCH PDA button.
