The below link can be found in Fairwater from the Main Dashboard Helpful Links and can be used to monitor for Email bounces & rejections from recipients of Fairwater Emails. Simply click on the link and you can filter by date, subject, sender and recipient. Putting your ops addresses in the “Sender” filter will probably be the easiest way for you get to what you’re looking for.
The report refreshes every 15 minutes.

For each Recipient on the SMTP Bounce Report take one of the below actions:
- Correct the Email Address spelling in the Fairwater Email Distribution of the Port Call.
- Remove invalid Recipients Email Address from your Fairwater Email distribution of the Port Call.
- Notify the Recipient and ask them to “whitelist” the domains nortonlilly.com & nortonlilly.net.
Exporting to Excel
You can right click on the data grid and select Export then choose CSV (Excel) to export this information to Excel.
